Utter and Complete Bullshit!

Just when I think the Harperites couldn't sink to a new low in their contempt not just for parliament but democracy as a whole they go and prove me wrong time and time again. This time it is Con lackey Andrew Scheer's ruling that there is no evidence that MP's and parliament were misled on the F-35 file. He made this ruling in the face of incontrovertible evidence that MP's and all Canadians were indeed lied to from start to finish.

When one finds themselves in a rigged game and the ref is in on the fix you are left with one option and that is to walk away. To that end it is time for the opposition to boycott the House anything short of that is  acquiescence to the theft of our democracy.. Shut down parliament.

  1. I to was quick to jump on this until I read the ruling that Scheer made. He stated that he was asked to question the fact that minister actively knew that they were giving misleading information, as a point of privilege brought by Bob Rae. It seems that Scheer may have been hoodwinked by procedure that doesn't allow him to make such a ruling, as he cannot reach into the minds of members of parliament to know what they are thinking.

I'm not thrilled with this ruling either, but the last thing I want is the speaker of the house turning into the thought police!

    1. while I wrote this while still angry ( something I try not to do ) and yes Scheers ruling may not be as egregious as it first seemed I stand by my call for an opposition boycott of Parliament as the rot goes much deeper than this single ruling
