I have to admit that I stopped watching Rick Mercer a few years ago, finding his Americans are idiots meme, cheap and boring. I just recently started watching him again,and now know that I have been missing some of the best political satire and commentary in this country. Here is Rick's take on Harper's penchant for secrecy
