Nice to see the media get off the schnied

Yesterday I called out the media  for their lack of curiosity over the list of fellow travelers on Harper's Israel love in I wasn't the only one to call them out either Dr. Dawg as always did a much better job of doing so.

Well today as the title of this post suggests, the media finally stepped up to the plate at least where it concerns one individual homophobic Pastor Shawn Ketcheson.

From the CBC:  Ketcheson says on the church's website that he "will not water down the truth about Jesus and the life He brings." In past sermons, he's preached that homosexuality is a sexual perversion, quoting Bible verses.

And from the Globe: He quoted from the New Testament’s Epistle to the Romans. “The word of God is very clear in Romans 1:26 on same-sex relations,” he said in an audio recording of the sermon posted on his church’s website.
“I’ll read that one to us. ‘Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones.’ Lesbianism, woman lying with a woman. Word of God says it’s wrong. The Scripture that we just read says that the world exchanged the truth of God for a lie.”
