 General Dynamics certainly thinks they are much more than jeeps or mere transport vehicles using their LAV's "unmatched lethality" as a selling point 





To be fair the Liberals are in a tough spot here, cancelling the contract would certainly draw the ire of our allies and likely come with significant financial penalties, but we either aspire to be better or to paraphrase Dion, no worse than anyone else.
