A judge in Harper's pocket

Harper's new Supreme court justice Marc Nadon in his dissenting opinion  in the federal appeals cout case involving Omar Khadr's repatriation .... Canada had taken “all necessary means at its disposal to protect (Khadr) during the whole period of his detention at Guantanamo Bay.”

Well we all know that simply is not so. Could Nadon have possibly been more in the bag for Harper and his minions , I don't think so after all he has consistently ruled as Harper would like.

The scariest aspect of this appointment is that like Bush, it seems Harper seeks his long term legacy through court appointments, ensuring we suffer from his rule long after he is gone.
